NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an Annual General Meeting of Cheung Sha Wan Catholic Secondary School Alumni Association Limited (the “Company”) will be held at Shing Hin Restaurant, Police Headquarters, Arsenal Street, Admiralty, Hong Kong on Saturday, 3^rd July 2010 at 12.30 p.m. to transact the following businesses:

1. To receive and consider the Audited Financial Statements and the Reports of the Director and Auditors for the year ended 31 December 2009.

2. To confirm the resignation and the appointments of Director for the ensuing year.

3. To note the retirement and reappointment of auditor.
